ORO Intranet
ORO Intranet was an electronic submission system for various working partners, such as private-sector insolvency practitioner (PIP) firms, Preliminary Examination Questionnaire (PEQ) agents, financial institutions, and bankrupts. This project represented a digital transformation of form submission, allowing users to fill out and submit information digitally, significantly improving efficiency and data accuracy through automated data collection and processing.

Challenges Faced
Users’ daily tasks relied heavily on paper-based submissions, leading to delays, increased processing times, and higher chances of errors. Data accuracy was always their main concern as it could impact decision-making. The primary challenge of this brand new project was digitally transforming the physical forms that were complex and designed for multiple purposes. Furthermore, various working partners had their own requirements and processes, making it more challenge to create a unified platforms including different functions.
Solutions
An iterative approach was used in the design process, particularly for the electronic forms. Adjustments were allowed based on user feedback. Moreover, I tailored the interfaces and functions to the needs of different parties, ensuring that each of them can easily navigate and complete their submissions. To enhance data accuracy and reduce human error during entry, I added automated data validation and processing features, as well as notifications and reminders for document reviews and deadlines, in the new design.
