The game was built by PlayCanvas. The purpose was to introduce HSH's new employees to their work environment and to acquaint them with both the opportunities and responsibilities of employment. It involved moving on a pre-marked surface. The player began the game at the starting point and advanced step by step on the surface until reaching the goal. The player had to finish reading the training information or win the mini-game/quiz in order to move forward. In other words, the player had to go through all squares to achieve the goal. If the player completed the game, he/she received a certificate via email.
